Shipping options by dimension

Hi guys, first of all im completly new on magento, im trying to create a new webstore by myself to increase my business sales with a better interface 

As a new user, i have alot of questions. Sorry for my grammar, english is not my first language,i hope can describe my real problem that im facing

on my current webstore i have alot of products with several dimensions, depending the items that i have on my cart, the shipping calculated by my extesion is not best option for my client or sometimes oversized to be mailed by company in charge for the shippment. How can i remove the shipping option if the client order doesnt fit with the company dimensions?Can add a message that the fare would be calculate manualy?
