Shipping oversize fee

I'm looking for someone who can help me set up our shipping configuration.

 

We offer free shipping on orders over $75, except for oversize items.  We include product dimensions and weight for each of our products.  We want to add a fixed fee for items over a certain dimension or weight.

Example:  

Dimensions 24"x X x X over 3 lbs = $10 fixed fee

Dimensions X x 24" x X over 3 lbs = $10 fixed fee

Dimensions X x X x 24" over 3 lbs = $10 fixed fee

Dimensions 32 x X x X over 10 lbs = $25 fixed fee

etc.

 

Below orders of $75, we would like to charge actual shipping cost for UPS and USPS based on product dimensions and weight.  Over $75, free shipping, plus oversize fee if applicable.

 

I haven't been able to find an extension that can do this.  Probably need custom programming?

Hi @Utmtb

You can try Shipping Rules.

However, because of your dimensions conditions and specific weight requirements, a combination of the above module with Shipping Table Rates will work perfectly.
