I have created single use coupon codes on my website which can be redeemed only once per user. The problem is that if a user proceeds for payment, and for some reason the transaction does not complete, the coupon code expires for that user, despite not having been used. I've been getting emails from my customers on a continuous basis becuase of this error and it is quite frustrating.
Can anyone please suggest a fix for this?
I am using Magento version 1.7.0.2
