Store wise custom options title

I have three stores

1) English

2) Japanese

3) Chinese

We are creating the products programatically. Every thing is working fine except prodcut custom options title. How can i set the title of the custom options based on the store? Thanks.

You need to change the store view from System > Configuration and need to add relevent Custom Options title for each store.
