Sitemap updating

I have been posting a blog each day but noticed the sitemap on my hosting hasn't been updating daily. When I look on my hosting page its showing a previous date and not todays date.

Should this not be happening to help SEO showing content being updated daily?

I have all my sitemaps set for daily.

Any help here or I'm I doing something wrong? Website is: https://AutographSale.net

I added this link: https://autographsale.net/blog/queenthegame/

It should update daily but while looking at the hosting page it doesn't;t show that the sitemap has updated.

Which module are you using to handle the blog inside Magento?

The blog is through module: SHOPSHARK VER.1.7.4.5

How did you set the Sitemap's generation settings?

I didn't do it the designer I free-lanced done it a while back. I've notice my google rankings drop each month, wonder if this has something to do with it.

Sorry to hear about the google ranking. Maybe you'll need qualified help to check the current status and try to fix, for example, this issues with sitemaps.

Also, take a look on System -> Configuration -> Catalog -> Google Sitemap.
There you'll find the generation settings.
