Step 2 in check out not showing

Hi,

Since a while I've been having the problem that step 2 in the checkout process is not showing.

The part on the page that should be loaded is left blank. No error or anything shows up.

Does anybody have an idea?

Do you have this page with step4 ? Its showing page 500 in errors.  Maybe permissions as well.

Before this there is  also not loading skin/frontend/base/default/css/mana_filters.css

Do you have any error if you uncomment this in index.php

I don't have any errors on other pages.
