Transaction emails Config page, buttons dont work or save

Hi, Im trying to make new transaction email templates, as I have finished doing their HTMLs. 

 

But when I go there and enter and try to click on SAVE, nothing happens. 

Even the INSERT VARIABLE button is not working. 

 

Whats the issue ?

 

I have tried it with 1.6.x and 1.9.x and its not working at both places. Whats the problem and how to fix this ?

It seems like issue may be related to your browser. Did you tried it in different one?

Yes, tried with other browsers too. Doesnt work!
