On my root of magento website some of the files are created automatically with the name like zi0MQfr4
I want to know what is the purpose of files like this because those are very big in size .
Can i remove that?

If this file is not getting created by any of the module it is suspicious.
Magento root does not contain this kind of file.You should remove it.
Is you Magento site fully patched?
