Update the Create Account Text - Identifying the correct version of login.phtml

I'm trying to edit the text on the login page but I'm having trouble identifying the correct phtml file. The file I need is login.phtml but there are several and I'm having trouble identifying the correct one. Is there a way to identify the path to the login form actually being used?

I eventually managed to identify the correct file by literally checking every single one. Whilst looking for info I read a post about template hints but for some reason this option wasn't available. Presumably whoever built the site disabled this feature.

Usually it's caused by merged JS fatal error. Disable merging and see if it helps.
