I can't get the shopping cart to function properly;
Lets say the user has 5 items in the cart.
2 of those items have a shopping cart price rule for free shipping in X country.
3 of those items do not have any shopping cart price rule.
How do I get it so the shopping cart will only charge for those 3 items in X country?
Right now; It does 1 of 2 things; 1) charges all 5 items shipping, or 2) gives free shipping to the entire cart.
This is not what I want it to do!
