contact form 404 error

hi, i've a magento 1.9 big problem. My contact form page on http://www.saporedisole.com/it/provaform doens't work.... and doesn't send any message and redirect on 404 page, can you help me?  thanks enrico

Can you ensure Mage_Contacts is enabled in the backend (System -> Configuration -> Advanced) and in your app/etc/modules?

Do you have any form extensions installed or anything that overwrites this module?

Can you do a diff on your code and a clean copy? Any changes?

Also, on that page there are some serious errors. I would suggest fixing these first.
