get rid of accept conditions

Hello

I would like to get rid of the 'i accept the terms and conditions' on the register form.

I have looked in the register.phtml file on the base and also the custom theme and neither of them have it in there. And I have also checked the login.phtml and its not in there either.

Just disable them from Sales > Terms and Conditions.

DON'T EDIT TEMPLATES TO REMOVE FEATURES.

Either find the configuration to turn them off or use layout removes in local.xml

Also, DON'T EDIT TEMPLATES TO CHANGE DISPLAY TEXT.

Most of it is handled through the translation system, all you have to do is make changes in your locale file.

Template butchery for no good reason will cause you much grief in your future Magento dealings and makes upgrades more difficult or even impossible without extra work.
