You're unlikely to find someone with specific extension experience on the forums unless it's a very popular extension. I would recommend sharing detail on specific bug or problem that you are having and someone may be able to guide you around that specific issue.
If a extension like that doesn't support a particular product type, there are probably a number of changes that are going to be made which will require development time. Not much that we can do to shortcut that process. You could get in touch with the original developers to see if you're running into a known issue.
