how to put restriction via IP from magento backend ?

Magento Version: 1.9.1.0

 

is there any settings available into Magento backend for restrict to access the website by IP?

 

Please suggest me, how can I do?

It's not standard functionality but there are a couple extensions for it that you could try, e.g. https://github.com/defactodesign/adminfirewall
