is it possible to manage product quantity store wise ?

Magento Version: 1.9.3.3

I created multi-websites and stores into my client's Magento website as per following : 

For e.g.

Website 1: australia.com

This website has 3 stores as per following : 

Store 1: AU
Store 2: CN
Store 3: US

Website 2: china.com

This website has 1 store as per following : 

Store 1: CN

And as per default Magento functionality, If I add a new product from admin into all above mention stores than qty should be same for that product in all stores.

And currently, qty field scope is showing [Global] into manage product.

so as per my client requirement, can I able to change qty field scope "[GLOBAL]" to "[WEBSITE or STORE VIEW]" like as able to do in product "price" field?

Upto Native Magento version 1.x and Magento 2.2.2, They doesn't provide any functionality for store/website wise stock management. Stock Management handle by globally.

Its possible but you need to do a customization for it or need to purchase 3-rd party extension to fulfill your criteria.
