remove completely Clickdesk chat support

i uninstalled the component of Click Desk, but I cannot remove it completely.

There is a part of code in my website that I cannot find to remove it.

Can you support me?

This was implemented by a module or adding javascritp code on System -> COnfiguration -> Design ?

Please check if there is any clickdesk script in below files:

app\design\frontend\yourtheme\package\template\page\html\head.phtml

app\design\frontend\yourtheme\package\template\page\html\footer.phtml

If you are using any IDE such as NetBean then search for clicky_custom keyword in your whole project, if you find any file then just remove that script also. 

If not able to find anything in the file then search in your DB for clicky_custom keyword.

in your two link I didnt found nothing with "click"

I removed a row in database with clickdesk -> but nothing changed

If you installed it as an extension then it should be disabled to be removed, if you inserted some sort of a snippet code then that should be removed, if none of this worked for you and you still need quick help, then just drop me a message and I shall take care of it for you.
