translating "Cash on delivery fee"

Hi there!

I have to find out how to translate "Cash on delivery fee", so in what file is it hardcoded.

I´ve searched through check out and COD related files, but could not find this one line. It´s impossible to translate that with inline translator and translations.csv

You can change in Admin Configuration: System > Configuration > Payment Methods > Cash On Delivery Payment > change the title of this payment
