After Apply security patch 6788 problem with custom file option

Apply SUPEE-6788 patch on magento instance. file custom option not see in cart magento change the way to handle custom file option. Any one idea how to deal with new working flow for custom file option.

Are you by any chance using Magento CE 1.5.x ?

If yes, there is a bug in the patch which breaks functionality with custom options of type file, see:

I am using magento 1.9.2.2 version. They also done these changes on maegnto 1.9.2.2. it is maegnto bug or we can handle this to different way.

Don't worry about that bug if if you have version 1.9.2.2, the bug I'm talking about is only present in the patch for Magento 1.5.x

Anyway, since you have version 1.9.2.2, you shouldn't even have to apply SUPEE-6788, the security fixes are already included in that version.
