Cannot login to admin after supee-7405 patch

I am running Magento CE 1.8.1

I have all previous patches installed. When I ran the supee-7405 patch via ssh everything went fine. No Errors. I cleared my cache and var/session folders. Deleted my cookies on my browser.

When I go to my admin and try to login it just goes to a blank page with a 500 error after inputting my login details.

Error log: mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getModel() on a non-object in /app/code/core/Mage/Admin/Model/Session.php on line 117, referer: domain.com/admin

same for me expect I'm not getting a blank screen. Instead after attempting to login I get an error on the Admin Panel login screen stating "Invalid Form Key. Please refresh page.".  I'm on version 1.12.0.2

Anxious for an answer as Google is now reporting malware is on our site.

Two questions -- a) do you use any extension that updates admin login form? And b) What version of PHP you're running?

I am running php 5.4. I don't see any extensions that update admin login form.

Hi all, if you're getting an "Invalid form key" error, please flush your browser cookies and delete the var/session files. 

@Anoso: Since you are on Enterprise Edition, please file a ticket through the support portal.

I am running on 1.9.1.0

Still I cannot login. I have applied all the patches so far..
