EE Patches - Can't find the location of them in the new Partner Portal?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anybody else was having a problem with finding the locations of the patches for Magento Enterprise Edition. I have tried following the links and instructions on this page - https://magento.com/security/patches/supee-7405 - but they all just take me to the Find a Partner page.

I already have Shared Access to a Partner Account but finding the patch files in the new Partner Portal is proving challenging.

Hi @callum_star, please open a support ticket so the team can help you get access as soon as possible.

Re: EE Patches - Can't find the location of them in the new Partner Portal?

Hi @sherrie, I can't seem to access the ticketing system. I go to the following URL - https://magento.com/support/enterprise-edition - and click the 'Open Ticket' in the blue banner towards the bottom of the page but instead of taking me to a page where I can open a Support Ticket it redirects me to this URL - https://www.magentocommerce.com/products/grantor/manage/info/ - which just takes me back to my account details.

I've been able to access and raise support tickets before but since the changes to the Partner Portal I'm not able to really do anything.

Re: EE Patches - Can't find the location of them in the new Partner Portal?

Hi @callum_star, try logging in through this URL..

http://support.magentocommerce.com/

Also, are you logging in with the main partner account credentials? Or with the shared user credentials? If it's the latter, then the primary account holder might need to grant shared access again, due to the new partner portal.

Let me know if you are still unable to log in and submit a ticket after trying the above.

Re: EE Patches - Can't find the location of them in the new Partner Portal?

Hi @magento_rich, I was logging in with shared user credentials. I've got the primary partner account to grant shared access again but its still not working correctly. We've emailed the Magento Partner Manager now though with the problem as the primary partner account couldn't access the downloads section either.

Thanks for your guys help though!

Re: EE Patches - Can't find the location of them in the new Partner Portal?

Hi @YassiA,

Are you logging in to support.magento.com ? Also, are you using the Shared Access feature? Or are you an EE license holder? If you're not sure, you can PM the email address you're using to login and I can check for you.

Hi Richard,

Yes, we´re license holder of EE.

I´m logging into support.magento.com but I can´t find where to download the security patches for the EE..

Thank you!

Re: EE Patches - Can't find the location of them in the new Partner Portal?

After you've logged into the portal, click on the Downloads link on the left navigation. Then click on either Magento Enterprise Edition 2.x or Magento Enterprise Edition 1.x.

For M2, scroll down the release list and click on "Support Patches".

For M1, click on "Support Patches and Security Patches"

If you don't see either of those, please PM me a screenshot of what you see. Also, send me the email address you're using to login to the support portal. Thanks.
