Error during Update 1.8.1.0 with SUPEE-6285

I have the previous Patches 1533, 5344, 5994 installed already. Now im trying to install the new 6285 Patch getting the following output with Error Hunk #1 FAILED at 460.

you can easily download magento 1.8.1.0 source files and look into the patch file, to see what changes will be applied, to see the difference. usually when someone upgrades magento from connect manager, or uploads files partially , just to upgrade some core functions, some files are missing, not upgraded properly

Lot of Community members are facing issues with SUPEE 6285 installation, however we have tried to make the patch installation easier. We have created packages which includes already patched files. Extract the folder and upload the files using FTP and it will done.
