How Can I get the MD5 File and way from the code.

We have a Online shop, it's made by OScommerce, But now , I want to chang it to Magento.

The problem is , how can I get the Magento Customer pass word file and way.

is there some file of Magento to tell us, all files function ?

You don't. At least not easily. People often just write an alternative user authenticator that gets triggered once primary authentication fails and try to see if the old one works. If it does, system just silently updated primary password and moves on.
