How to Install Security Patches

Hello All,

I am very new to Magento, (vs 1.9.1.0) and just noticed that I need to update these patches:

(SUPEE-5344 and SUPEE-1533)and (SUPEE-5994)

Can someone point me to a step by step instruction on how to do this and also any steps or refreshes after they are uploaded.

I will most likely need a developer for Magento for udates and other issues, where is the best place to find one. I am also open to raccomendations.
