Magento Security Patch on localhost

Have you any idea to install the last security patches on localhost? I'm still working on my magento website before launch it online...

If you are running your development server on Linux or Macintosh, it works the same, navigate to the Magento root, run the shell script. Magento is native to *nix environments.

If you're running on Windows, then you'll need to become proficient at manually applying patches or install one of several *nix environments so you have the ability to run *nix shell scripts.

Yes I'm running on Windows... and as I'm not professional developper I will try to follow your link info hoping it will works...

It looks like Chinese for me but I've no choice...
