PATCH 11219 YouTube video code impossible

Hello,

I've installed Patch 11219, but since the installation on magento 1.9.1, I can't copy paste Youtube video on a product page and insert with the tiny editor, I have : ... width="1280" data-mce-json="{'video':{},'params':{'src ...  Code, and a big blank gid on my product page .
How can I copy Youtube video code on my product page ?
