PATCHES NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD - ONLY FULL RELEASES???!!!

We need several patches but when we follow the links, there are none available, only FULL releases!
Whats going on??? We want to PATCH THIS ASAP and already wasted an entire morning pulling our hair out for the misleading information!
Can somebody please shed some light?!
Heres the main patches page:

So go ahead and click on the top main one for example...

OK...

So we click on the latter (Community Edition Download Page > Release Archive Tab > Magento Community Edition Patches - 1.x Section) and get to this page: https://www.magentocommerce.com/download?_ga=1.59851629.1901111429.1458140251
which only has the full releases and NO PATCHES!!!

Are we completely stupid or missing something?

Please let me know if you've scrolled all the way down on that page and still do not see them.

There are tabs there. Click on the second one and scroll down.

As Talesh mentioned, you're looking at the 2.0 releases which do not have patches. If you click on the RELEASE ARCHIVE tab, you'll find all version and patches for 1.x releases.

I tried with different browsers etc, but i can´t download any patches or downloads...

After click "Download" nothing happens.

I was just able to download with no issues. Please try clearing your cache and then try to download again.
