Patch 11219 on magento 1.9.4.3 fails security scan but is installed

Hi

The MageReport security scan for our clients site say that SUPEE-11219 is not installed, the site is currently on Magento CE 1.9.4.3 which supposedly includes the patch.

We've tried to install the patch for the previous version of magento as well as re-downloading Magento CE 1.9.4.3 however both of these also failed

It can be false positive. Not sure if you tried Magento security scan. If not then try that as well. There are few things Magereport scan can do and some cannot. Many of time you get false positive if you have additional security, WAF, Firewall etc in place in front of your website.
