SUPEE-11219 on 1.7.0.2

Can anyone help me what's going on with SUPEE-11219 for 1.7.0.2, I don't find the patch in the Magento downloads only for this version of 1.7. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Now the patch is available for the Magento 1.7.0.2 version.
