Re: SUPEE-3941 download link missing?

I noticed that SUPEE-3941 is listed on the download page (https://magento.com/tech-resources/download), but there doesn't seem to be any way to actually download it.

As I understand it, SUPEE-3941 is required for SUPEE-8788 as it corrects `downloader/lib/Mage/HTTP/Client/Curl.php` so SUPEE-8788 can run properly.

Just wondering if anybody knew why SUPEE-3941 isn't showing a download link or if there's another place I can download from.
