Given up on this POS patch, Now complaining about

Dashboard/Graph.php

DashboardController.php 

Client/Curl.php

Could they have made the patch any more useless? Trying to patch 1.8.1 with the v2 patch gives these errors

I tried isntalling on 1.7.0.2
Samet thing, new patch is way more errors. Not compatible with  SUPEE 1533, same hunk 91,
Gives CURL.php error (unless you install SUPEE-3941 which is only for 1.8- 1.9 version as per Magento patch description.
also there errors which didn't show on version 1

Thanks for the SUPEE-3941 tip that got rid of the CURL errors but still not getting past 

DashboardController.php

Which version are you using? I happen to have issues with .swf files that I didnt have on patch 1.

I am using 1.8.1 and have the suspicion that the 1.8.1 v2 patch is missing the code to detect 1533 modification.

The patch removes the SWF files so if they are missing that may explain why yours is complaining now.
