Security Patches Eror !

Hello,

Trying to install patches SUPEE-7405 v1.1, SUPEE-6285 , SUPEE-5994

we get following error message:

Checkingifpatch can be applied/reverted successfully...  ERRORatchcan't be applied/reverted successfully.

Following patches are already installed

SUPEE-5344|EE_1.14.1.0|v1 |

SUPEE-6237|EE_1.14.2.0|v1

SUPEE-6482|CE_1.9.2.0|v1

SUPEE-1533|EE_1.13|v1

How can we solve this issue?

If we check Magento version by “Magento connect Manager”

Following version is displayed:

Mage_All_Latest  1.9.2.1 (  stable )

If I check at admin backend following version is displayed:

1.9.0.1

Maybe it has something to do with it?

Please advise.

Have you applied patch 6788 ?

Please see the attached screenshot and check if you applied all the previous patches before applying new patch.

Hi @eray2006

keep backup of existing .htaccess file in root directory and replace this .htaccess file with the default .htaccess file of this version then try to re-apply patch.  After this manually merge the changes from the old file to new file.

Oh just noticed I think you are missing .htaccess.sample file in the root directory. You should have .htaccess.sample as well as .htaccess file in the root folder.

After applying this patch you will have to fix the admin routing compatibility of you incompatible custom modules.

How/where do I get the .htaccess.sample file?

Go to this url https://www.magentocommerce.com/download click on RELEASE ARCHIVE tab and download the same version which you are using.From that download copy the .htaccess.sample file.
