I have just had results from the Magento scan I scheduled and a clean bill, no issues.
For those with this issue... Uninstalling 11155 v1 and reinstalling 11155 v4 seems to have addressed the issue.
Side Note: If you use git, your .gitignore should ignore "/media" not "media", the latter will cause parts of the magento build to be ignored by git and not rolled out or updated if you are using git for rolling out versions.
