i keep on getting from google: Social engineering content detected on
i had it upgraded to Magento ver. 1.9.3.6
and i still get that same issue?

Normally this Google's report is related with content from your site.
Can you validate which files are being included? Maybe some bougs JS file?
There are several posts on forums and blogs about this issue (isn't a Magento only problem , is about websites and Google).
