Unable to get rid of security warning after Security Patches SUPEE_5344 and SUPEE_1533

When I download the patch for this Version of Magento (v1.7.0.2) instead of getting SUPEE-5344 I get SUPEE-5345.

After successfully installing this AND SUPEE_1533 and then clearing the cache I am still getting the Critcal Error

"Second Reminder: Download and install Magento critical security patches now."

Could this be because of the SUPEE-5345 name discrepancy?

>Patch was applied/reverted successfully.

Hi @xarga,

You will have to manually remove the message. Click the icon in the right side of the screen - on alignment with the error message. When it open, mark it for delete and press confirm.

No, you will have to go to their message center and mark the message as read.

System=>Notifications

Magento doesn't have any internal mechanism to tell if the patch was installed or not, the only indicator will be the addition at the end of app/etc/applied.patches.list

As to the number difference, that's just the way Mag-E-Bay works, they tell you one number, you check and find it's another number, go back in a panic, read the recommended download patch down to where it appends the info to app/etc/applied.patches.list and find they've changed the number from what was listed in the dropdown. That's the only place where the magic number 5344 exists for the most part. The real number seems to be an ascending number as you apply the 5344 patch to older  versions of Magento.
