Prior to the patch, I was able to create promo codes within Magento without any problems. After the patch I am able to create new promo codes, but upon checkout they are "invalid". Old promo codes still work just fine, however if I make a change to an old promo code is now becomes invalid.
Has anyone experienced this? I'm not running any third party apps for promotions just the base Magento one.
