1.9.1.0 - Checkout \ Payment information \ Continue Button only works if Saved CC is enabled

Hi all,

Can anyone please help with this issue?

On the payment information section of the checkout the continue button is completely unresponsive for any payment method unless the SavedCC payment method is enabled.

If thats enabled then the continue button responds as you would exspect, regardless of which payment method you have chosen. If its disabled, you simple can not continue with any other payment method.

1. I have tried the default theme, same behavior

2. Replaced the core files, same.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
