Account email is sent twice to customer.
Under System stands on BCC
we use Magento 1.9.1.0

Does somebody has any idea?

This doesn't sound like something a out of the box Magento install will do. 

• Do you have the cron running?
• What modifications have you done?
• Do you have any kind of email extensions?

What does "Under System stands on BCC" mean?
