Hi, I believe this is a known issue where our confirmation emails from our website are going to the incorrect customer. This has been happening on our website for a couple of days. The problem is I am not a developer or coder, so I have no idea how to fix this issue. The developer who built our website always wants half a days pay no matter what the issue is.
This looks like a simple fix (I may be wrong), but how can I get this sorted out without being charged the earth?
