Billsafe Error (without using Billsafe)

Hi. I have some error in a shop (1.9.4) on checkout/onepage/

I can't get to the last step (6).
Step 5: Paymentinformation (Vorkasse + Paypal) and then i get in firefox the bug

"Laden fehlgeschlagen für das <script> mit der Quelle "https://fn.billsafe.de/fb/js/lazyload-min.js"." (Loading failed for the script with source...)

billsafe is not activated, but the image for billsafe in admin also does not load.

Who can help, please?
