Hi, I'm using Filezilla to upload images but whenever I try to add a product image using a csv it says image couldn't be found. I have checked that the image is in the media/import folder and have tried every variation on the filename using slash before, no slash etc. but to no avail. Please can someone point me to where I'm going wrong? I've also tried exporting and then reimporting to a different sku but it still insists the image doesn't exist (have tried both export/import and data profiles export/import).
Any ideas?
