There has been no backend work, no additional extensions installed, it was just BAU when at the start of the month the backend broke and doesn't allow us to make new products. I am at a loss at what has happened, and have been trying for the last 2 weeks to get this resolved but I have run out of ideas.
Wanted to see if the community could help before I go searching for a DB expert. More than happy to answer any questions y'all might have about this issue!
