Can't update or delete attribute

Dears , i have a problem regarding adding or remove attributes values on my magento

when i try to save any changes like updating or  removing no action taken when i press save button

any help

Hello!

Can you please specify what exactly attributes you are trying to add or remove? For example, if you want to remove from attribute set system attributes, it is not possible, since they are responsible for integrity of the system.
