Cannot add the item to shopping cart.

    I am not able to add the product in magento cart. I receiving the pop up error "Cannot add the item to shopping cart.".

   What is the problem. Server problem or magento file problem.

    Kindly tell me the solutions.....

Hi Resabja,

Have you been able to get this figured out? I believe most have skipped your thread due to very little information.

If you are still having troubles check your Magento and Server logs and see if you can get a more detailed error for us to work with.
