Configurable Product Add to Cart

Yes, I have a configurable product that will not allow me to add items to the shopping cart.

Attached is a screenshot of the product and the options.

I've selected all 3 items and a quantity.....click on "Add to Cart" button.  Shows this following:

Please, select item

How can I fix this issue?

Check your browser console. Sometimes when there's a fatal JS error dropdown decorators stop working correctly; which means that the dropdown information is not forwarded to appropriate form elements.
