Configurable product doesn't change price

Greetings,

I've alredy read this very related topic https://community.magento.com/t5/Magento-1-x-Technical-Issues/Final-price-of-a-combination-on-config... sadly that extention requires PHP to be in between 5 and 6, and I have 7.2. I have the same problem.

I'm selling meat and the price should change based on its weight... on the frontend, tho, it always shows the basic price of the configurable product even if you select all the different weights.

Also, when some particular weight reaches 0 quantity it is still shown on the dropdown menu.

As shown in the image, price will remain 12,41€ [that's the price for 600 gr] even if I changed it to 1200 gr. Currently the only weights that are above 0 quantity are 900 gr and 1400 gr, but I can see them all in the list.
