Can you confirm the file is in place?
Also, can you check you files and folders permissions? Maybe the user running the webserver is different from the owner of the files in the OS?
@Damian Culotta Hi,Yes files are in place and can you share folder permission details plz?I have show my cron jobs to the hosting guys as well they say path is correct but don't know why its not working.
