We've been contacted by a number of customers that say they cannot log into their accounts after placing the order. When we look at the order details it shows that they are a guest order. Initially we put it down to customer error, but we've had too many incidents now were they customers have said this and a couple of customs that had just placed the order and were 100% they'd clicked on 'create an account'
Unfortunately we are not able to recreate the problem to test it so it must be on certain devices or browsers that there is an issue.
Has anyone had this issue or could suggest a possible cause?
No. It is the built in onepage checkout I believe.
