Deleting logs and making more space

My website was disabled by my web hosts as they said Id used all my disk space, I have 20gb.  I have limited access as I don't feel confident to start messing with the database (I'm not a developer), but I have deleted a load of images through FTP that customers have uploaded but Im wondering what else I can delete.  I found this log manager and a list of logs like:

ssl_access_log
ssl_access_log.processed

access_log.processed

Are these OK to delete?

Yes , you can delete those logs file - As your website is working fine and there is no error right now so you can completely delete those log files as of now - it will not cause you to any issues !

Thank you.  I just tried and they are locked and it won't let me change permissions or delete them?

Hi @artylicious1

So it means the username which you are using for deleting this logs - that user don't have permissions to delete those logs ! so you need to give permissions to that user for the same to delete the logs
