Delivery Scheduling dates not showing options for next month

The Delivery Scheduling options starting next month are not selectable for the month of January.  I am on Magento ver. 1.9.2.3. Typically the window for ordering is 3 months from the current date.

I don't know what you are using for the delivery date. Generally, the delivery date scheduler's main use to select the delivery date and time of their choice. 

With Magento 2 estimated delivery date, you can choose your delivery date for any month and with any time preference. If you can purchase anything in December but you want to this item delivery in January then the Delivery scheduler allowed to this. Here you can see that 

Here you can also see that you have to choose also February and March date what you prefer.
