Downloadable Product file-type problem

Hi,

we have problems with downloadable products in video format! The original format is mp4 and doesn't work with Firefox, in Chrome everything works fine! We tried also MPEG,AVI,FLV but there are similar problems.

Do we have to add these formats in a magento-file since the pdfs all work find or is there another way?

Can anybody help me please?

Hi,

Go to: System > Configuration > Catalog > Downloadable Product Options

Under Use Content-Disposition change the ‘inline’ value to ‘attachment’

I think it will work for you.
